These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stoneexperienceshop.com (the "Site"), operated by Stone Experience ("Stone Experience," "we," "us," or "our"), a custom stone fabrication studio in Central Florida. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is provided to help you learn about our materials, past projects, and process, and to request a consultation or estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in ways not intended by us.
Natural stone, and even engineered surfaces, vary in color, veining, and pattern from slab to slab and from the photos shown on this Site. Images of materials, gallery projects, and installations are representative examples, not a guarantee that any future slab or finished project will look identical.
Information submitted through the Site, by phone, email, or chat, is used to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare an estimate. Estimates provided informally through the Site or chat widget are non-binding until confirmed in a signed proposal or contract.
All text, photography, graphics, and design on the Site are the property of Stone Experience or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party platforms, such as Instagram, and uses a chat widget provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and linking to them doesn't imply our endorsement.
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Experience won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
